Professional Identity and Responsibility
Helping athletes understand what it means to think, communicate, make decisions, and carry themselves as professionals.
ProCreatED™
An athlete can become a professional overnight. Becoming equipped to handle the role, relationships, responsibilities, and opportunities that come with that title takes time—and intentional support.
With NIL allowing athletes to operate as professional entities at increasingly younger ages, preparation cannot begin after a contract is signed or a crisis occurs. Athletes and their families need education, guidance, and trusted support at the onset of the journey.
That is why we created ProCreatED™.
What is ProCreatED?
ProCreatED provides transition life coaching, developmental education, and carefully selected resources to athletes and their families as they move from amateur athletics into the professional world.
We help athletes understand that becoming a professional is not simply about receiving a title, signing a contract, or earning income. It is about learning to operate with the maturity, responsibility, discipline, and vision the role requires.
Our goal is to help athletes grow through what they go through and build a successful life—not only a successful playing career.
Helping athletes understand what it means to think, communicate, make decisions, and carry themselves as professionals.
Providing a trusted space for athletes to evaluate opportunities, anticipate consequences, and make decisions that align with their goals and values.
Helping athletes and their families navigate changing roles, expectations, boundaries, communication, and the pressures that can accompany success.
Supporting athletes as they adjust to new environments, increased visibility, greater responsibility, demanding schedules, and the emotional realities of professional life.
Connecting athletes and families with vetted professionals, services, information, and support systems that can help them make informed decisions and avoid preventable mistakes.
Encouraging athletes to think beyond today’s contract or season and make intentional choices about their purpose, influence, family, community impact, and long-term legacy.
Professional transitions affect the entire family. ProCreatED equips both athletes and their families to anticipate what is ahead, communicate effectively, establish healthy expectations, and navigate change together.
