Dr. Z created PrinSupport® because she lived the problem firsthand. As a school principal for nearly 20 years, she knows how isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming the job can become — and she knows what a difference it makes when someone walks beside you.
As a first-year principal, Dr. Z was blessed to have a retired principal in her corner — not to supervise, but to support. That relationship built her competence, boosted her confidence, and grew her capacity for sustained success. She never forgot it.
