Hello, Hello! I’m Dr. Z—and at my core, I’m a lifelong learner and leader on a mission to be a light that helps others achieve their dreams.

Impoweredd isn’t just a business—it’s my heart work. It was born from my own journey as a school principal for nearly 20 years, a wife, and a mom raising high-level athletes while trying to show up fully in every role. I didn’t always have the roadmap…so I became the resource I once needed.

Today, I help others navigate those same transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

As a retired principal, educational consultant, speaker, author, and certified life coach—also known as the Reddiologist™—I specialize in helping individuals and leaders get ready for what’s next and C.R.U.S.H. it. Through Impoweredd Educational Consulting, I support school leaders, empower women in transition, and guide student-athletes and their families through the journey of sports, school, and life.

Everything I do is rooted in relationships, real-life experience, and a deep belief that with the right support, you can A.D.A.P.T., grow through what you go through, and step boldly into your next chapter.
