Dr. Z & Coach Bob facilitate parent workshops focusing on academic and athletic preparedness for next-level success. They also offer 1:1 transition coaching for 5th-8th grade basketball players. We help Baller families navigate school & sport systems, C.R.U.S.H. their goals and earn scholarships.

Hi! I’m Dr. Zanthia Reddish, known to most as Dr. Z or “The Ball Mom Doc.” I’m a retired school principal turned educational consultant, certified life coach, and best-selling author, driven by a passion for empowering others through teaching and learning.
In 2018, I founded Impoweredd, LLC to support people on journeys I’ve already traveled. Experience is the best teacher, and I’m here to share everything I’ve learned along the way so you can avoid the pitfalls of my mistakes, learn through my successes, and grow with confidence.
As a “Shot Caller” (mom of two ballers), I've been coined as a "Reddiologist" because I’m all about leveraging my experience to provide readiness support to others who are newly wearing titles I have held previously. Why? Because I was blessed to have amazing mentors who poured into me to get me READY for my next chapters throughout my life. So, I love going into schools to provide principal and instructional coaching. I have helped countless other baller parents and have had to the privilege to provide coaching several principals since I left the principalship five years ago. I am proud to say that those I supported are C.R.U.S.H.ing it now!
Through my coaching programs and books for athlete parents, new and struggling principals, and women facing challenging life transitions, I’m here to make sure you have the tools, strategies, and insights you need to succeed. I also speak and facilitate trainings across the country, promoting effective leadership and classroom management as well as personal growth.
